Chief Minister Rupani has made an important decision today for the officers and employees of the state government. The deadline for these government employees to pass the CCC and CCC + exams required for promotion - higher pay scale has been extended to 31 December 2020. Mandatory commuter test has been introduced by the state government since 2007 and the current deadline for passing it was 30 April 2016. Giving a favorable response to the representations made by the Gujarat State Primary Teachers Union as well as other staff unions before the Chief Minister in this regard, he has decided to extend this period.
Employees recruited between 1975 to 1985 will benefit in salary-pension. The decision to extend the deadline for passing CMC Rupani's ccc and ccc + exams resulted in higher pay scales for employees who were recruited in the state service between 1975 and 1985 and are about to retire.
