The GSEB TET 1 will be held on 16th April 2023 and TET 2 Test will be conducted on 23rd April 2023. The Board is planning to release the Gujarat TET Call Letter in online mode to those candidates who have paid and submitted the online application by 31st December 2022

The examination board has been alerted regarding the test to be conducted to become a teacher in class 6 to 8.  Approximately 2 lakh 76 thousand candidates from across the state are going to appear in this exam.  Among all these candidates approximately 96 percent candidates will appear for Gujarati medium
TET-2 is to be conducted at more than 900 examination centers in the state.  In which 2 lakh 76 thousand 66 candidates from across the state are going to give the exam.  The examination board has been alerted to ensure that there is no malpractice in this examination.  A special SOP has also been announced regarding the examination.  However, if we look at the candidates for this exam, approximately 96 percent of the total candidates in the Teacher Eligibility Test are giving the exam to become a teacher in Gujarati medium.
It has been claimed by the system that all preparations have been made to prevent any type of malpractice in view of the examination.  However, if any candidate rushes to take the exam with unauthorized baggage, strict action will be taken against that candidate by the system.  So the candidates should also be very careful not to carry any literature or any other belongings during the examination.
A special SOP has been prepared by the system to ensure that the TET-2 examination does not take place in any form of disorder or malpractice and is conducted in a peaceful atmosphere.  As per this special SOP, the candidates appearing for the exam will be able to carry their photo ID card in the exam hall.  Candidates are prohibited from carrying any book, paper, literature, bluetooth device, mobile, calculator, digital camera, smart watch, earphone or any electronic device to the examination center except the hall ticket and identity card.  Legal action will also be taken against the candidate if he rushes to the center with any kind of gaiety or prohibited goods.
