Corona cases are on the rise in the state like wildfire. Jyoti Ravi, front secretary, health department, state government, gave details of the total cases of corona virus in the last 24 hours. Informing about this, Principal Secretary Health Jayanti Ravi said that 371 new cases have been registered in the state in the last 24 hours. While 24 people have died. A total of 269 patients have been discharged from the hospital in a single day today. A total of 5,488 have been discharged so far. Out of 398 cases registered in Gujarat, 233 cases have been reported in Ahmedabad alone. While 24 cases have been reported in Vadodara and 34 in Surat. With 371 more cases in Gujarat, the number of corona cases in Gujarat has gone up to 12,910. Of these, 52 have been placed on ventilators. While 6569 people are stable, 5488 people have been discharged and 773 people have died.
With 233 new cases registered in Ahmedabad, the total number of Corona positive cases has risen to 9,449. While 619 people have died while 3330 people have been discharged, 5500 cases are active. In Vadodara, on the other hand, the total number of cases has gone up to 750 with 24 new cases registered today, while 32 people have died, 470 people have been discharged and 248 cases are active. With 34 new cases registered in Surat today, the total number of cases has gone up to 1227 while 57 people have died while 823 people have been discharged while 347 cases are active.
