6 Lakh Students Sat for GSEB HSC Exams 2020 | This year, over 16 lakh candidates appeared for Gujarat board  exams, out of which, around 6 lakh appeared for GSEB HSC class 12 board  exams.
The confusion about the Gujarat 12th General Stream Result 2020 being declared today i.e. on 19th May 2020 started after a fake notice, which looks identical to official one, started going viral on various social media platforms. The fake notice being circulated on social media is fake as proven by the signature that is at the bottom of the notification. The fake notification, which is doctored using the notification released for 12th Science Stream Result, has signature of Science Stream Exam Regulator JG Pandya, whereas the exam controller for General Stream is Avni Mori.

In case if a student does not remember their seat number or do not have hall ticket, they can also check their result by name also. GSEB HSC result by name wise is declared online by the third party websites only like indiaresults.com or examresults.net, etc.

Coming to the district toppers, Rajkot performed best in the Science stream with 84.47%. Whereas Chhota Udepur performed the worst with 29.81%. For the General stream, PatnA district performed the best with 85.03%. Whereas Panchmahal performed the worst with 45.82%.

Hey Andy, As per the newspaper reports, the commerce result will release in the month of June 2020. However, an official confirmation has yet to be announced for this.

After the result is announced, if you are not satisfied with the marks obtained in the exam, then you can apply for rechecking or revaluation. The applications for rechecking can be filled and submitted by the students online at gseb.org. Along with the application, students also have to pay an amount per subject for which they wish to apply rechecking for.
