Regarding the elementary language education training of Std. 3 th to 5th language teachers, to state that under the above subject, emphasis has been laid on basic literacy and numeracy under the National Education Policy 2020.
One of the important objectives of the Foundational Literacy and Numeracy (FLN) mission is to achieve the basic ability of literacy and numeracy for all children up to standard 3 by the year 2022. As part of the Basic Literacy and Numeracy (FLN) mission, it is planned to provide basic language education training to Gujarati subject teachers of Std. 3 to 5
Use the guidelines provided by the state level for training. વી Prepare to print out all the literature useful for training such as three modules of online course, auxiliary material, quiz question paper, pretest, post test paper etc. . Each specialist will have to study all the three modules of the course, its supporting materials, training guide, PPT and give training. . Before the training, send soft copies of all the three modules of the online training court to the participants i.e. teachers and read and instruct them to come to the training.
During the training, have a few games or activities in between the sessions where needed. And make the necessary preparations in advance. (Ice Breaking Activity)
