The Nipun Bharat Mission has been launched across the nation as well as in the state to enable all children to reach the basic literacy and arithmetic skills and goals. However, there is a need to know the study achievement of children from 5 to 8 years of age in order to prepare for the achievement
This survey is to find out the current study status of the children. There is no examination for the children. Schools are to be included. -Students given under Nipun Bharat Mission which are to be achieved by the students at the end of that standard. • Children currently studying in Std. 1 to 4 will be included in the baseline survey. The student standard. It is up to the kindergarten student to make an assessment based on the final study findings

The aim of FLN is to ensure that children learn in a joyful manner through play, stories, rhymes, activities, local art, craft and music and develop strong foundations for lifelong learning.

lakshya or target have been defined to monitor the progress of fln mission by Students. FLN stands for Foundational Literacy and Numeracy. The FLN Mission has been launched by the Ministry of Education of the Government of India for proficiency in the education of children till grade 3.
Who made FLN mission guidelines?
The FLN Mission will be implemented by the MOE and a five-tier implementation mechanism will be set up at the National, State, District, Block and School level in all states and UTs. To lay emphasis and prioritise, the programme will be implemented in the mission mode.
