You are requested to convey this information to all primary, secondary and higher secondary school teachers and teacher-trainers in your district and encourage them to join the sadar courses as per the above reference letter.
The National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 emphasizes the Continuous Professional Development (CPD) of school heads and teachers to meet the needs of enriched teachingJeaming processes for quality education. Also, it has been highlighted in NEP 2020, that each teacher and school principal are expected to participate in at least 50 hours of continuous professional development activities every year for their own professional development, driven by their own interests. ln this context, NCERT is offering online CPD courses tkough DIKSHA portal ard mobile app. Course details are given in Annexure l To maximize the outreach of these courses to the beneficiaries, it is requested to re-run the CPD courses for the academic year 2024-25. Hence, it is further requested to kindly disseminate this information among the school teachers and teacher educators so as to enable them to undertake th€se courses.
